Hossein Berenji, owner of Berenji & Associates, is a seasoned divorce lawyer with a practice focused on complex, high net worth divorces.
His commitment to providing aggressive, high-quality representation has led to favorable outcomes for hundreds of clients, and consistent multi-million dollar property settlements, alimony, and child support judgments throughout Los Angeles County.
Hossein takes great pride in the value he places on each client’s individual priorities, and he works tirelessly to attain resolutions specifically tailored to suit their needs. He appreciates that for some clients this may mean fiercely litigating a case through trial when the opposition is unreasonable, or when it’s necessary to fully protect the client’s interests.
For others, it may mean obtaining the best settlement possible without having to go through a drawn out, often painful, process in court. At both ends of the spectrum, Hossein’s unwavering dedication to outstanding, personalized service, together with his trial and negotiating expertise gleaned over years of successful practice, results in satisfied clients and effective, just case resolutions.
In addition to divorce litigation, Hossein and the other attorneys and staff at Berenji & Associates have extensive experience in other areas of family law including: spousal support, preparing and litigating pre and post-nuptial agreements, custody and visitation matters, paternity actions, and child support disputes. The firm also regularly assists clients in obtaining modifications of their support judgments when circumstances change or their former partners fail to satisfy their court-ordered obligations.
Hossein graduated from University of California – Los Angeles (UCLA) and then attended Loyola Law School. He has practiced exclusively in Los Angeles. If you are going through a divorce, call Los Angeles divorce lawyer Hossein Berenji today.
