She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from California State University, Fresno, and has worked in fast-paced, client-facing roles within large multinational corporations, where she refined her ability to assist diverse clientele with warmth and professionalism. Known for her calm, pleasant demeanor and her ability to keep workflows running smoothly, Gailla helps ensure that everyone feels welcomed, informed, and supported from their very first interaction with our office.
