I am so grateful I hired Berenji and Associates. I had been dealing with custody issues for years not able to demonstrate to the court the narcissistic emotional abuse my ex husband has put my children and myself through. I hired multiple lawyers prior to them, all unable to do the job right. I was granted my move away request, and given sole physical, with tie breaking authority. The difference between this office and other lawyers is that this office actually pays attention to everything-every detail, and they respond accordingly. They do not let the ball drop as every other lawyer I had did, jeopardizing my case. One thing I learned from this office is that if your attorney isn’t regularly communicating with you, it is a bad sign, you shouldn’t be having to call and ask them to do certain things- that’s what a strong attorney does without asking!!! I never needed to worry if things were getting done or if I should have done something or called- as it’s all communicated and nothing gets forgotten. Steven Kunysz was very professional in all our hearings, and literally was strategic in every move he made during the hearings. Andrew Arakelian was on top of everything being drafted and worked above and beyond with every communication. I recently hired Mr. Berenji to handle my Divorce Case and was very glad that I did. His firm was highly recommended by a co-worker who had worked with him on previous occasions. I first called him late on a Friday evening due to an emergency situation. It turned out he was attending an event, but he actually left the event in order to speak to me and guide me through what needed to be done. Thanks to his calm demeanor and excellent advice I managed to successfully resolve that situation and eventually turn it to my advantage.Throughout the rest of my divorce, Mr. Berenji consistently provided me with excellent advice, a calm voice of reason, and zealous advocacy. He made time for me whenever I needed, prepared me for all my hearings, and was always punctual to all of our meetings and court dates. His office staff is friendly and promptly responded to my questions and requests. I had thought my divorce was resolved, but due to my ex’s failure to follow through with Court Orders, Mr. Berenji came back in order to make sure I got what the Court Ordered.I've worked with other attorneys in the past and found Mr. Berenji's rates to be a bargain for the high quality of hands on service and legal expertise.
